Medline has identified that the components do not conform to ISO 80369-7 dimensional requirements. The nonconforming dimensions may result in a loose, unstable, or detached Luer Lock connection and, in certain cases, may contribute to leaking or breaking during use, so customers will be directed to remove and destroy affected components.
